isn't it though? i really did think it was a searay sundancer. very similar lines right down to the interior. i wonder if thundercraft shared the same marine architect? so, when is everyone heading to toronto for a ride on the new girl in town? i'd do it in a heartbeat once treatment is over.297Elegante wrote:That is incredible how much like a Sundancer she looks. Looks to be in excellent shape also!
Aaron, my door and boat will always be open to you. Anytime your in town.o

Right on Paul. Torcan has an original Thundercraft mold. Dennis LaCarte, the President of Cadorette at the time, purshased the Thundercraft Company primarlily for the name. He wanted to sell more boats in the USA and felt the name "Cadorette" would not be as well received as "Thundercraft" for marketing. They used the Cadorette hull molds rather than the Thundercraft molds, hench the name Thundercraft by Cadorette. Over subsequent years everything rolled over to Doral Boats. As I understand it.prowlersfish wrote:It was Thundercraft by Cadorette at one time Like Trojan by Carver .

I'm a bit superstitious when it comes to boat names. I would stay with No Problem. If you want to rename her, leave No Problem on the transom and put AKA My Tyme II underneath. That should keep Neptune happy.

That would be sure to give the older snooty Yacht Club members something to talk about
Not to mention the Police and the CCG
On a personal note: I hate how our flags are disrespected in that way, but that's another story for pontifications
